Can I change or cancel my order?
We work quickly to fulfill orders. If your order has not been fulfilled, we will do our best to honor your request. If it has been filled, unfortunately, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

Return Policy
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We do not accept returns on Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

Exceptions / Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
